Now and again you will have some sizes just don’t work very well, you have no doubt experienced this yourself, this is more often that not on the smaller drops. Its nature of the product, with the position of the 1st and last louvre being fixed at 90.20mm the space between the top and bottom louvre is not always the best for getting a nice look to your shutter.
Our bespoke service in most cases can provide a better look to the shutter.
This is how it works, we have a purpose made “jig” that allows us to manually make adjustments to the position of the 1st and last louvre and reposition the louvres until they “look right” Once we are happy with the results we then create the file using our cad program which will be available to download from this page.
To download click on the drop you want (glass size), you will see a window open with the code in it, select all of the information in that window (Ctrl A on your keyboard)
Then copy it (Ctrl C on your keyboard)
Open notepad and paste the information into notepad (Ctrl V on you keyboard)
Then save that file with the glass drop size with the extension ".tap" at the end.
Eg, 154 will be saved as 154.tap
Delete the original file from your data base and replace with the new one.
